I couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed with Kayla Martin and the entire condo purchase process. We had an idea of what type of condo we were looking for and a price point, but couldn’t find it available and once I mentioned a specific complex to Kayla, she took the time to send mailers to owners in that complex to see if anyone had an interest in selling within the next year. She followed up with phone calls. Within a couple of weeks, we had a condo to go see. The owners had a daughter graduating soon and were going to list it, but hadn’t yet.
